Within 14 days of purchase, we accept returns/exchanges for new and unused merchandise.

Please note the following scenarios:

  1. If you simply changed your mind and the product is not defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs for returned items.
  2. If you receive a damaged item upon arrival, please promptly email us with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will assist you in completing the return shipping label (we will cover the shipping costs) or provide a replacement item.
